Pay is good for just getting out of high school or also if you need to pay rent, it's easy to make friends and it's a nice air conditioned facility where you sit in a chair and answer calls, perfect for college students

Cons

Hours are shaky and training feels to short, and depending on your job type you may experience mandatory overtime which can be stressful

food served in their canteen is great good receration facilites for the employees like pool tables , video game consoles , gym good training period and lot to earn depends upon the process as well

Cons

no growth oppurtunities politics played at every level less pay and incentive
