Pros

All the trainers are very knowledgeable and their teaching techhniques for learning the system makes anyone at that company successful.

Cons

Sometimes the classes are crowded which makes it hard for some people to see the front of the class.

Pros

You can get a job. They'll take anyone.

Cons

Benefits will have you broke, management is rubbish and don't know anything, Company doesn't care, and worst of all, the pay is rubbish.

Pros

The pay is decent for an entry-level position.

Cons

As first impressions are lasting, Teleperformance got off with a bad start. They ask you to come in at X time for an interview and they would not have paperwork and/or interviewers available. If a company is not organized in their hiring process, where else are they lacking organization? Also, rarely get two days off in a row as everyone must work on Saturday.
