Cons

no PPTO for emergencies (most places offer a PPTO balance on top of their normal PTO) No holiday pay

Work from home, flexible working. TP are great with working with employee's for hours around you (depending on campaign) Co workers are amazing and there is always support and help if needed by co workers, TL, ACCM
