Pros

I was hybrid that time, Free shuttle sometimes (they eventually take this off), and if there is a disaster they implemented it again but that's it. Free coffee.

Cons

Low pay but, more added work. Said that every after 3LOB I'll get additional pay but, ended up 12LOB till I resigned, but at least received 1k increase every year, so end up 17k after my 3rd year.

The company is fine. Has a lot of benefits and it's a great place to work

Cons

You should take into account people's opinion. For example, the routes, there's a lot of people trying to let the supervisors know that sometimes, the routes do not work
