Pros

Tpusa will be unionized soon You are able to email yourself about what is going on with supervisors and the false statement they place on you Able to email let's connect about shady issues that supervisors are doing to purposely get you fired for performance.

Cons

Supervisors are not trained and understand people. HR is a shady department Supervisors and managers are not compassionate to the employees needs There is no union to fight on the employees behalf

Pros

The only person who genuinely supports you and doesn’t try to bulldoze you is your team lead. Floor-level colleagues are also friendly and supportive.

Cons

Core values exist only on paper. Contracts are misleading, KPIs are unclear, and you must study unpaid on personal time. There is a deep disconnect between floor staff and management, with no real interest in employee feedback or well-being.

Working from home was the only benefit in this company.

Cons

Managers. They are insane. Enough is never enough. Constantly pushing. Also they know much less about the product and they "teach you" how to do it.
