The only person who genuinely supports you and doesn’t try to bulldoze you is your team lead. Floor-level colleagues are also friendly and supportive.
Cons
Core values exist only on paper. Contracts are misleading, KPIs are unclear, and you must study unpaid on personal time. There is a deep disconnect between floor staff and management, with no real interest in employee feedback or well-being.
