Pay on time, possibility to escale (Only to supervisor basically)

Cons

Lies on referral bonuses they will not pay you what they promised if you refer someone. You have no time not even to go to the bathroom or you will get fired if you put bathroom status Constant threats of action forms They change your schedule without advise. They will blame you for everything even if their system is failing

Work from home and flexible schedule. The KPIs are reasonable and most of the calls are reasonable to solve/assist

clean organized, stylish, fun atmosphere

Cons

Horrific training, dismal floor support. The training was paid & this was the best part. Over-all, although my trainers had a lot of knowlwedge and experience they did not know how to transmit knowlege. 80% of the taining time was spent doing nothing, literally just sitting there. The end result was poorly trained new employees. The worst part was when we hit the floor: at first there was some floor support, but this quicky disappeared and we where on our own. Totally lost trying to help clients whituout the skills and, or training necessary to do a good job.
