      Pros

      Chill and relaxed working culture and environment, young people and vibe, good amount of vacation days.

      Cons

      Zero flexibility in terms of hybrid work, schedules. No benefits, not even free coffee, snacks, or water available at the offices. The salary that's above average in Spain, but isn't sufficient to have a decent life in Barcelona, let alone save up something for the future. Fast churn in employees because the company doesn't put any effort into keeping their current employees instead of hiring new people.
