      If you understand the meaning of "being in the driver seat of your career" I believe you have unlimited opportunities as an Employeneur. When coming to my manager with ideas or suggestions I have never been given the straight up answer "no", just curious questions back and encouragement and support on how to make it happen. Transparency helps me team up with my manager, and my TMC-coach, on the journey to reach set goals, and to understand circumstances and the way there. Engage - and you will get engagement back!

      Not a con really, but in order to get the real pros of Employeneurship you need to take ownership and responsibility - just as if you where driving your own business.
