      Pros

      TMC is a great company to work for because: 1. The entrepreneurial spirit means we are encouraged to try out new and innovative solutions, either at our customer sites or within TMC for example in The Entrepreneurial Lab. 2. The pay is based on a basic salary plus a proportion of the profit you make for TMC (ie a factor of your hourly rate less expenses). 3. The cell structure of TMC means the company is arranged by competencies - this gives us the feeling of a small company but backed by the resources of a large company.

      Pros

      Get experience by working fot different clients, share the profit, friendly staff, education budget, employenuership attitude

      Cons

      Considered 2nd degree employee (as a consultant) at the client (not involved in important decision, ...), limited communications with TMC, sometimes just making a cv pool rather than creating opportunities

      Pros

      TMC allows for a lot of flexibility. The company has a very friendly, informal atmosphere, and organizes a lot of activities outside of normal work.

      Cons

      The balance between fixed and variable income is big. For internal staff the targets for reaching the complete bonus are difficult.
