      Pros

      A competitive salary from day one, a wide range of clients to match your expertise, and a modern office atmosphere with a young team. As a senior, I was often the oldest in the room, yet I always felt welcome. The employment model is unique: a permanent contract combined with the flexibility to choose between different client assignments.

      Cons

      The client/customer is treated as the ultimate priority—often at the expense of the employee. If you face challenges or feel pressure from a client, you risk being treated like disposable staff, left sidelined at the office without purpose. Once you're no longer generating revenue—because a project ends or there's no new assignment—you’re no longer part of "The Member Company", but rather "The Money Company".
