After 6 years of working experience within consulting, I can say that TMC is the most transparent company I have worked for. The people are really put a the center of the decisions and there is many opportunities to develop as a professional.

Cons

The structure is quite flat giving you a lot of autonomy which can aslo be challenging for people who are not used to it
