Pros

You have a job in hand.

Cons

1)Hire and Fire policy. Suddenly they call you one day in the board room and say that you are fired. 2) The line managers are pathetic.very dominating and arrogant. 3)There is no work life balance. They will force you to stay in office for more than 10 hours a day.

Pros

lots of social benefits company pension plan home office flextime - you can basically work whenever and wherever you want (at night, from home) lots of young colleagues company parties company cellphone discount on telekom products paid trainings if you want them

Cons

salary not so great work is kind of boring / not cool many people have nothing or not enough to do lots of bureaucracy due to deutsche telekom management is fixated on numbers: not reaching the company goals seems to be even worse than not making any money
