Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately due to the COVID situation, many countries have had to tighten their belts on increments. I seek your understanding to the situation. The economy is recovering, if your country Business Unit is performing, I'm sure the management would try their best to deliver positive news to the team on this topic.
To be fair, the Company has also been enhancing various support benefits during the COVID period to help colleagues. In Dec 2020, we had the additional Corona bonus paid out internationally.
