      Pros

      A good office, understanding managers (ours and German), with whom you can always negotiate anything; you always can replace holidays if you have a reason; VMI; they took care of their employees and did not force them to go to the office during quarantine; you can always get what you need, such as new armchairs or second (and even third in some cases) monitor.

      Cons

      One of the offices is far from the metro station; German managers respond slowly to attempts to promote new ideas.
