Pros

Some people have flexibility, since the manager allows it. It is not for everybody. The tecnical courses are not for everybody also. But how I had both I consider it a benefit.

Cons

Low salaries, unffair environment, doesn't pay courses for everybody (including when it is needed), doesn't help to pay postgraduation or MBA or english language courses. The company helps us with food, transport and health insurance, but I don't consider it benefits, but an employer obligation.

Flexibility to create customer solutions based on individual customer requirements. Normal pace and productivity expectations

Cons

All the drawbacks of working for a company with 200,000 employees with very little of the pros due to small presence and investment in the US. Sales staff was not very professional. Difficult to develop pride in the services offered.
