lots of social benefits company pension plan home office flextime - you can basically work whenever and wherever you want (at night, from home) lots of young colleagues company parties company cellphone discount on telekom products paid trainings if you want them

Cons

salary not so great work is kind of boring / not cool many people have nothing or not enough to do lots of bureaucracy due to deutsche telekom management is fixated on numbers: not reaching the company goals seems to be even worse than not making any money

Nice building, nice food - Hatfield.

Cons

Management treat contractors with disrespect and not a part of the team like perm members of staff. Clear seperation. Very quiet heads down enviroment. Nobody talks to anyone. Lack of team feel. Many managers walk around office shouting on bluetooth headsets. Harsh enviroment.
