+ very good for starting with technologies used in IT industry, learn processes + possibilities for trainings/certifications + young people in teams + christmas and yearly bonuses, benefits + possibilities for home office

Cons

- possibilties to salary grow, people working for more years are not adequately rewarded - letting experienced people with knowldge leave away - in some teams ate too many on calls during evenings/weekends, night shifts - sometimes very uncapable lower management/leaders with lack of experiences and knowledge - very noisy offices in some teams

Pure hell

Pros

The only thing I can think of is the bicycle garage. However, it took my 3 months to get access. My hiring manager was great but he quit a month later because he realized how hopeless the situation was.

Cons

Everything. It is a sweat shop. Regardless of the performance of individuals, they get moved to other teams and/or fired as necessary to meet whatever misguided agenda management has. The good managers are few and far between and they never stay long. Management does not understand how to run this company. I was hired for one position which ended up staying at another branch in another country. I was then shuffled between 3 other positions for several months. Nobody seems to know what they are doing and "training" consists of sitting with another colleague for an hour or getting team-wide emails blasted out screaming not to do something a poor schmuck did before. While I was there, I put up with sexist and abusive leads and managers that caused at least one woman to quit. You're expected to work with sub-par equipment which never gets updated and tools which are not adapted to the task. We alternated between having rotten managers and no manager at times.
