      Pros

      Stable no-surprises environment. It is really dificult that you get fired, even when the whole departement is desapearing, they move everyone to another position (which may not suit them at all and makes everything quite inefficient).

      Cons

      Slow, unchallenge environment. It has a kind of public sector no-moving ambiance in which everyone keeps going and you have the feeling you should better not challenge de statu quo.

      The benefits ofered by T-Systesm to employee are very Nice, the enviroment where we work is wonderful and you can learn lot of things due to work with companies.

      Cons

      If you work in a project that is managed by a terrible manager, You can consider that it is impossible to ocupate a bigger position inside T-Systems. Your Job is not recognized by you rmanager
