      High level of politics and toxic in T-systems Basis area

      you will get projects easily even if one project is gone.

      Cons

      Too much politics and toxicity in SAP Basis area. Management here has changed due to which there is too much strictness in Quality. Even one mistake is highly highlighted and it brings risk to your job. Do not join here even if they pay you very high amount. Because money is only thing u will enjoy. Mental peace and opms torture is the worst. U will face too much micromanagement and this is supported well by HRs and higher management. They will ask you for your reviews and if you give them back review they will be in revenge mode.

      Good Work Life Balance in HALO Group which works Directly with Parent DT

      As of Headlines but limited project and those also seems to vanish as the leadership from germany are not very much interested to invest in India, T-Systems is service based but the Halo Group inside is not which works with the parent DT teams, Nowadays T-Systems is better looking and more stable , if you are getting satisfactory salary with T-system then go ahead.
