Poor management Earlier, management was good, as soon as higher management changed, the company became service-based and all service-based policies imposed. No on-site opportunities

1.) No annual bonus or worthy hike for the efforts. 2.) Most of the developers are too dumb (dont even know how to use a map in java), unresourceful employees, speaking about 7-9 years experienced. 3.)Management thinks that adding a name in excel would resolve everything(Too much hype although did not resolve security incidents) 4.)The connected-mobility and software factory is full of dumb managers/people who can't even understand simple examples. 5.) If you are someone coming from good tech background or company (mid product based), you will be irritated on how unworthy the people and things are eventually. 6.) Recent new HR management started micromanaging with >= 6 hrs in office policy. 7.) Infosys Mindset excel based managers exist and to deal with a lot of politics. 8.) There is a dumb quarterly recognition award which goes to people who dont know basic git. (Just keep circulating, such a joke of the award, stupid policies like need more than 1 year for award and 3 years for promotion) Overall not worthy.
