Very supportive team and seniors—everyone is always ready to help and guide you. Team members actively support upskilling and learning new skills. Good management that genuinely cares about employees. Management regularly organizes events, employee engagement activities, and health/well‑being camps. Well‑balanced workload with a healthy work‑life balance. Flexible work model – only 2 days mandatory office work, remaining days can be work from home. Focus is on work output, not micromanagement or personal life after work hours. Leaves policy is good and employee‑friendly. Beautiful office infrastructure with a comfortable working environment. Food quality is good. Overall, a positive, respectful, and friendly work culture.

Good location, easy to commute.

Cons

Too much politics, only favourites or chaplus people promoted or given opportunities, few managers are unethical no sense of speaking onsite or offshore. Some managers give bad words and demoralize employees and coverup team extreme mistakes like bad words to females, onsite affairs etc. Disrespect to female employees. Personal grudges on team members no professionalism.
