      Pros

      Currently I am working at Russian division of T-Systems. It is very young company(in terms of average employee age), yet has wonderful atmosphere like a big school. People are extremely friendly. Also there are pretty much opportunities to study.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is too much bureaucracy in everything you are trying to do. Security measures are, sometimes, insane. A lot of products are done using outdated technologies and approaches.
