Pros

The company used to be very inclusive and welcoming. Management was trustworthy and frequently communicated the next steps in our companies future. After the merger with Sprint, that changed significantly for the worse and by the time I was laid off, I was so happy to get out of that place.

Cons

Today, sexism runs rampant, thanks to the examples senior management sets. Decisions are constantly made on the fly by senior management with zero communications as to why. The product and technology department is seeing mass layoffs every 3 months, with the VP of the organization saying AI can do most if not all of project/product managers jobs. They has also laid off a considerable amount of engineers, due to AI. The rest they have mostly outsourced to a new office in India. The attitude in the office is awful... morale is so low.
