very good pay for a part time job and the work is relatively easy and not dutch required

custumers DO require Dutch, flexible hours means that they can call you whenever they want

There weren't a lot of pros, the staff were very nice and friendly, and the commission was good.

Cons

Awful management, very unorganised. Long shifts and unfair rotas; favouritism was a big issue, I worked every weekend for 9 months. Main line manager was very unprofessional and a bully. High turn over of staff due to how rude and belittling she was. Ridiculous company policies, and overzealous in their procedures. Most days you would be stuck doing the same thing for 9 hours, no variation, extremely boring. Took advantage of young staff and just generally an awful place to work.
