      Staff discount Visual learning Growth in company only if you are fluent in buttering people.

      Cons

      Authoritatian If you voice your opinions, you are fired, treated like worthless. Favouritism Gossiping Your ambitions are shot down, the company sometimes acts like they doing you a favour(managers even say be happy you have a job) by employing you.
