General salary is above average for retail supervisor work & £100 bonus per month if you hit their unrealistic monthly target which is very rare

Cons

Rotten from the top down, no human experience involved in the job. Management are bullies & will find a way of sacking you if they don’t like you.

Managers don’t really care about your well being they just want to reach their targets.You barely feel appreciated. Not a professional environment, a lot of gossip and toxicity between most staff and no one really wants to be there so the mood is always low.
