Great work/life balance. Never an overwhelming amount of work. Decent PTO plan.

Cons

Pay is not to market standard. Also, with the transition to a new company, it’s easy to feel disjointed with the lack of culture and community.

Pros

There is room for advancement to other departments however most departments have bad leadership and put alot of pressure to do more and more.

Cons

The office as a whole has bad, unprofessional and self-centered leadership. The culture is very poor as well and you will be working alongside low character people due to high turnover. You will be required to work mandator overtime for up to 2 weeks at a time. The training is subpar as well.
