Pros

Remote work mostly working environment, pretty relaxed for being a consulting firm. Company has a fantastic portfolio of services which is great to see and actively contribute towards. The attitude of management is also something I highly rate: the emphasis is on trust and accountability, very little micromanagement in my opinion. This has meant that I am fairly free to conduct my work and reach my goals in the way I deem most appropriate.

Cons

Flat structure makes promotions pretty rare, coupled with a pretty long average tenure, makes this a very stable environment. This can also be a positive depending on your point of view. Also, the mostly remote environment might not be the best if you're starting out on your career.
