Hi and good afternoon, Firstly, it’s great to hear some of the positives from your experience at Strada, especially that the training period allowed you to learn and enjoy the process. That said, we’re disappointed to hear about the challenges with work-life balance. Our people make everything we do possible, and feeling drained naturally hinders our ability to practice our core values and deliver the best products and services. We take the issue of burnout seriously and encourage you to reach out to HR if you have additional feedback or concerns.
