There are so many. HIG Capital owns this ane they are widely known as the worst PE firm in the industry. This group of geniuses made the decision to cancel all annual bonuses and merit increases for 8k employees. If you are considering a position at this clown show just don't. So many better options out there

Many nice and smart coworkers through out the world

Cons

Budget. Owned by venture capital now. Benefits so much worse than when part of Alight. Lots of layoffs recently and the severance plan is terrible compared to Alight plan. Company isn’t transparent about the cuts to severance. Employees should know how vulnerable they are with the new severance. Make sure u keep six months salary in savings
