There aren't many pro to being a production supervisor at this place
Cons
You get blamed when things go wrong and receive no credit when things go right. Production supervisors are overworked and underpaid. Managers get to sit back in the office and watch a computer screen all day and bark out demands to their puppet supervisors. Upper management is extremely disrespectful. The work culture is very toxic. The employees are lazy and are not disciplined correctly for their horrible behavior because they protected by their union.
