      Decent pay, stable schedule, vehicle discounts

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent, facility cleanliness including upkeep of restrooms is deplorable! Vacations, sick days, doctor appts etc...will all be denied leaving you subjected to termination.

      Leadership with no Automotive software background and experience which makes it difficult to align to the vision. Human resources team is very poor in communication or feedback.
