      Pros

      Great hands-on experience and working at CTC is a pleasure.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive and they outsource to LCC countries where the quality of engineers is not vetted thoroughly.

      Pros

      The NA headquarters in Auburn Hills is a nice place to work. Pay was good as an intern.

      Cons

      The team was miserable. They were overworked and had little time for me as an intern. People were generally kind but lacked motivation. My projects were largely busy work. Company morale was shot due to layoffs. Some meetings lasted nearly 3 hours.

      Pros

      Benefits are good with one of the best healthcare and 401k plans.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. New management and new comers to Stellantis have no clue how the automotive industry works and how to contribute to the product development. Too much focus on DEI candidates with no expertise and experience in automotive.
