      You will be overloaded. Company leadership makes decisions based entirely on cost, labor is treated as a warm body that can be replaced with any other warm body. The bureaucracy is terrible. Middle management was promoted based on big words and "yes-man" mentalities meanwhile they have no clue how to actually operate a company. The burden is entirely on the lower level staff yet no real support is given.
