Pros
pay is the best you're gonna get in windsor with just your highschool/GED. also you can listen to music/podcasts/whatever you want. that's what got me through.
Cons
it's really hard on your body. really really hard. i've had so many injuries from all the different jobs i had to do. mentally if you suffer from depression or anything like that, once you learn the jobs if you don't socialize with those around you you are stuck in your head for 8 hours. so that was really hard. i'm pretty shy and in some areas (trim, motor line) people are not friendly, but that's not true for everywhere.
