      Great exposure to manufacturing. Learn to work with cross functional teams. Room for growth if desired. Decent pay Great benefits

      Cons

      Long hours. Few raises once starting. Hostile environment. Understaffed in manufacturing so be prepared to juggle your job and others without any added pay. They will take as much as you are willing to give and might not benefit you in the long run.

      Pros

      Very smart coworkers who offer to help or explain topics, lots of great experience in supply chain. Working from home will continue even after the pandemic passes

      Cons

      At first the position is not as interesting with a lot of paperwork. Then they completely overload buyers/student buyers because of a hiring freeze. They can't replace their open positions so people have to work the equivalent of two jobs. Upper management doesn't seem to care about that Student buyers are underpaid for the type of work they do .
