Long hours and stressful environment

Very stressful; business didn't collaborate well with IT; no training and no onboarding; 1970s management style, AIG management silos, and you were forced to wear suit and tie; CEO was focused on AIG lawsuit; the IT dept. was unstructured and deploying legacy systems; poorly budgeted; most of upper IT and HR personnel was replaced; poor building facilities that was separate from the corp. office (poor AC, plumbing leaks, coffee makers not working; noisy meeting rooms);
