      Pros

      Great development opportunities for those who are keen to add value to an organization.

      Cons

      Structures are very flat so those in all roles are expected to be involved in a variety of different projects, taking themselves out of their comfort zone. This could also be a positive as a chance to develop new skills.

      Horrible management style. Good Old boy system. If you don't work in NYC you are a nobody. Outsource claims to terrible TPAs. Standard ISO products with no meaningful endorsements but want Cadillac price. Terrible company to work for.
