Work is not challenging at all. If you want an easy daily job that pays your bills, this is it!

Cons

Most old people don't know how to work with technology, a lot of people even don't know how to turn Teams meeting after 1.5 years of time they spent post-COVID era. Also this company is privately owned by this very old man living in his mid-90s. So what most executives do is really hiding behind the bureaucracy.
