      They pay decent to get employees to work for them

      Cons

      19th century products and work flow. Terrible management, you have to be one of the boys and constantly be a yes person. Everything is in a silo, depth that need to work together won't even talk to each other. Several exec leaders have been promoted above their level of expertise and management skill.

      Perks are great! Tuition Reimbursement, Scholarships etc.

      Cons

      Starr does a poor job with retention. The 5 days in the office is killing people.
