Cons

Sr mgmt could show a little more personal regard for the individuals in their org. Prepandemic, they seemed to. Post pandemic, not so much anymore.

Fast growing company, vast majority of people here are great to work with; opportunity for advancement, good benefits; good training programs for young professionals

Cons

Average salary and sub-par bonus, extremely lean operating budget so difficult to add needed team members; 5 days a week mandatory, even for back office and satellite locations
