Pros

The company sticks to its core business, understands their products, and how their products fit their client's needs.

Cons

The lack of an adequate financial/accounting reporting system doesn's allow the company to make quick and accurate decisions about their products.

Not worth it

Pros

- Great people in the organization

Cons

- 4/5 days in the office with no flexibility. We've been successfully working a hybrid schedule with no effects on productivity. - Pay and bonus structures are NOT competitive with the market - Employer benefits are some of the lowest in the industry. They have not changed or increased in a number of years. - Management does not care about employees, only performance metrics. - You are just a number here, not worth it if you're thinking about joining. There are a lot of better companies to work for in the industry in Toronto.
