Pros
Lots of work to do. I wore multiple hats and expanded my overall knowledge and skillset.
Cons
Management is rigid and overvalues how business was done decades ago. There’s no interest in embracing workplace innovation to attract and retain talented employees, which limits personal and company growth. Work life balance is not a consideration. Employee satisfaction and engagement are low.
