Pros

I spent 5 years with Starr and had a very enjoyable experience. The people are smart, efficient and problem solvers. A great environment!

Cons

By 2010 many senior executives from AIG came over, possibly after waiting for some of the scandal "dust" to settle. With this came the old boys network I had wanted to avoid. And things simply deteriorated from there.

B O R I N G If you love insurance, this company is for you. If you come from other industries where you are used to be utilized, this is not for you. Clickish culture amongst Associates. Nothing here for other professionals.
