Pros

A place to get your foot in the door and learn Insurance.

Cons

Starr is having a very difficult time establishing a WFH policy and it needs to be made a priority. Many teams have realistic managers that are willing to bend the rules and allow their employees to WFH and others don’t. This is creating a MAJOR morale problem across the office. It is very frustrating in the fact that this could be an amazing place to work, but the micromanaging is becoming unbearable. Starr has lost countless amazing employees in the Southeast region over the last 6 months and the main reason people are leaving is because of the WFH policy.

Pros

Amazing people worldwide to work with.

Cons

Don't listen to the concerns of employees that do the day to day duties. Can be a challenge to get permission to WFH.
