      - work life balance - solid overall office culture in my opinion - good benefits

      - 5 days in office - executive level does not appear to be on the same page with first level/middle management

      Pros

      The office environment is great, as are most of the people I worked with.

      Cons

      IT treated like an utter cost centre - badly under resourced for what is being asked of it with the business unable or unwilling to deprioritise items when they have new high priority short timeline asks. Middle management actively and openly refuses to manage - do not expect even basic one-to-ones, onboarding, escalation points, or direction. Competition between managers in different parts of IT means communication is broken - work is badly described and you are told not to ask the person who knows due to manager attitude.
