Pros

I cannot think of any. I worked there for 15 months, much of which was spent looking for a new job.

Cons

I was forced to sit in a room while two of my superiors shared inappropriate pictures of one of their nannies, and discussed how much they wanted to sleep with her. I reported this to HR, and HR made me feel like I was in the wrong. He still works there, so if you’re a woman, or not a misogynist, this is probably not the place for you. My boss was also a nightmare to deal with, and despite constant turnover in the department, no one seemed to care. But the sexual harassment was the reason I left.

Pros

My manager was really awesome

Cons

100 year old CEO Demanded employees to return to the office 5 days a week out of nowhere with no regard to anyones schedule or work/ life balance. Management underneath CEO has no backbone to say no to him in order to keep employees at this company. Everyone is miserable in the office. Impossible to network and grow within the company because everyone is so unhappy to be there. People are leaving everyday because of this. No culture within the company.

Pros

Used to be a nice place to work

Cons

We were promised a hybrid workplace in writing. The CEO went back on that promise with zero notice with no explanation. He didn’t even have the courage to tell us himself! People made decisions based upon that promise such as moving, etc. Now people are quitting left and right even people with the company 20 years or more. Bosses are quitting.
