Business Outlook
Pros
A growing company with what seems like great potential for advancement. The office I'm reviewing is clean, safe, has friendly co-workers/staff. In my position, I'm not "mirco-managed" but allowed to work on my own, at my own pace with answers to any questions or assistance from any of my co-workers. Seems too good to be true most days. Benefits are plentiful as is the retirement package(rare with many companies these days).
Cons
Still too much paper in our business so my only con is that we're not paperfree, yet.
