Pros

Pay/raises/bonuses are good, semi-flexible hours, 7 hour workday

Cons

Medical and dental plans are expensive, company culture is stuffy and odd, processes are antiquated (not paperless), no official training, some departments are grossly understaffed while others are overstaffed.

Pros

Downtown Chicago and great co-workers

Cons

Worst career move I ever made. They don't care about the health and well being of their employees.

Pros

If your unemployed and have no other opportunities .

Cons

Executives have super egos and most treat their staff as if they can be replaced at a moments notice. If you work for this company, just know nothing you could do would be good enough. Be prepared to work 10 hour weekday and at least 1/2 the weekend.
