      Established and stable company, educated and good-natured people, good mix of entry-level to senior staff, run well, opportunities for training, very smart people and great chances to jump in and learn, diverse and fair.

      Good work environment with plenty of room for growth. It is a growing company that values employees who work hard.

      Upper management pushes unrealistic expectations on growth. Things are always changing which makes it hard to keep everyone on the same page.
